Business Development Coordinator
The Business Development team is a centralised function advising and supporting the Firm in its marketing, sales support and business development activities. The key drivers for the team are to ensure we support the development and implementation of the firm's strategy and in particular help:
• Ensure the firm becomes a premium international law firm
• Drive profitable revenue growth through sectors and clients
• Help the partners and fee earners to provide the best client experience
• Develop and deliver a clear brand proposition through our sector focus
What to Expect in This Role
Typical activities will include:
- Providing support to the Business Development and Client Support Teams
- Assisting in the production of written documents such as bids, credential documents and client reports
- Administration and on site support for events and client meetings
- Development and distribution of digital and social media messaging
- Maintenance of in house and external systems such as the CRM database and intranet and internet channels
Your Areas of Knowledge and Expertise
- Highly computer literate with excellent systems skills, ideally including experience of Office software and social media
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on attention to detail
- Ability to gain trust and build relationships quickly
- A real "can do" attitude and an ability to find solutions
- Strong team worker with the ability to collaborate with multiple teams and individuals from across the business to deliver on tasks and objectives
